What is a commercial exhibits vendor? We are glad you asked, a commercial exhibits vendor is a licensed company or individual that sells a product or good to the public (this does not include over the counter food service vendors).
We require the vendor to have a product that is suitable for a family friendly event, a Texas State Sales Tax ID number and personally attained liability insurance confirmed with a certificate of insurance.
Awesome, I have all that, how can I be one of your vendors? We are so excited you are interested, your next step will be to complete and submit the application below. By filling out this form, this does not guarantee your spot, this means that the committee members for commercial exhibits will be reviewing your application and they will determine if your application will advance to the next step.
If you are selected to move to the next step, that means you will be sent a contract to complete and pay by the specified deadline on the contract. If not done by that deadline, your contract will no longer be valid. If you are not selected for reasons that may include but not limited to the below, you will receive a notification:
- No space to accommodate your request
- Your product or good is not suitable for the event we are hosting
- Too many of the same vendor type are scheduled as commercial exhibit vendors
- Contract items were not provided in a timely manner
You may also be notified that you have been added to our waitlist, what does this mean? This means we would love to have you out but cannot accommodate your request at this time. BUT if someone cannot make it, you're the first one on our list to call.
If you are interested, please do not call or email the fair office directly as you will be directed back to the application form below to complete and a commercial exhibits committee member will reach out to you.
