When is the 2024 BBQ Cook Off?
The BBQ Cook Off is held the weekend before The Comal County Fair. This Year the BBQ Cook Off will be September 21, 2024
What events are held BBQ Cook Off weekend?
Friday night the cookers set up and move in, we also have a washer pitching competition.
Saturday is when most events take place, we have the Rodeo Queen Contest and Crowning, Kid Best Western Dress Contest, Pig Wrangler Contest, Washer Pitching Contest, Antique Tractor Pull, Stick Horse Racing and we close out the evening with Mutton Bustin' Blow Out! BBQ Judging is taking place all day as well.

Admission is
Free for children 5 and under
$5 for Children 6-11 years old
$10 for Adults 12 years old and over
**Please note Saturday evening we will have an increase of $5.00 for adult admission pricing.**
